2. Data collected and purposes

2.1 Cookies and analytics tools

This website uses the following tools which may collect browsing data:

• Google Tag Manager – A tag management tool by Google LLC. It does not collect personal data autonomously but enables the activation of the other tools listed below. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Google Analytics 4 – A statistical analysis service by Google LLC (USA). Collects anonymous browsing data (pages visited, session duration, device, approximate geographic origin). IP addresses are anonymised. Data is transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Google reCAPTCHA – An anti-spam system by Google LLC, activated in the contact form. Collects user behaviour data to distinguish humans from bots. Legal basis: legitimate interest (website security, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

2.2 Contact form

Through the contact form we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, message. Data is used to respond to enquiries and, subject to explicit consent, for email marketing and newsletter activities via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our CRM provider.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); consent for email marketing (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

2.3 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address (and any other data voluntarily provided) will be processed solely to send commercial and informational communications about Netvolution's services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to company@netvolution.it.

2.4 Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website automatically acquire certain data during normal operation whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses, browser type, operating system, date and time of request). This data is used solely for statistical purposes and is deleted after processing.

3. Retention periods

• Contact form data: retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if a contractual relationship arises, for 10 years as required by law.
• Newsletter / marketing data: retained until consent is withdrawn.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default).
• Technical cookies: duration as indicated in the cookie banner.

4. International data transfers

Some providers (Google LLC) are based in the United States. Transfers take place in compliance with GDPR safeguards, in particular through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• obtain rectification or erasure;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
